These terms explain the rules for purchasing and using digital products from Premium Presets.
1. Digital product
Premium Presets sells downloadable digital assets for Adobe Premiere Pro. No physical product is shipped.
2. Product compatibility
The 50 Premium Text Preset bundle is intended for Premiere Pro 2026 and contains MOGRT files. Customers are responsible for checking software compatibility before purchase.
3. License and permitted use
After a successful purchase, you may use the downloaded presets in your own personal or commercial video projects. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, or otherwise make the preset files themselves available to other people.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Premium Presets does not store your full card, UPI, or banking credentials. A purchase is considered complete only after payment is successfully verified.
5. Delivery
After successful payment verification, a secure download link is sent to the email address entered during checkout. Download links are time-limited and may also have a download-count limit.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Because the product is digital and access is delivered after payment, cancellations and refunds are generally not available after successful delivery, except in the circumstances described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy or where required by applicable law.

8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
