Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Premium Presets collects and how it is used when you browse or purchase from the website.
Information we collect
When you purchase a product, we may collect your name, email address, order details, payment status, download activity, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay. Premium Presets does not receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN, banking password, or other sensitive payment credentials.
How we use information
We use your information to process purchases, verify payments, deliver secure download links, prevent abuse, provide customer support, maintain transaction records, and improve the reliability of the service.
Service providers
We use third-party infrastructure and services including Razorpay for payments, Supabase for database and private file storage, Resend for transactional email, and Netlify for website hosting and server functions. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.
Data retention
Order and transaction records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, support, and legal compliance. Download tokens and delivery information may be retained for operational purposes.
Security
Preset files are stored privately and customer downloads are delivered through secure, time-limited links. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect customer information.

You may contact us to ask about the personal information associated with your purchase or to request correction or deletion where applicable, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements.
