Delivery Policy
Premium Presets sells digital downloads only. There is no physical shipping.
How delivery works
After Razorpay confirms and our server verifies a successful payment, a secure download link is sent to the email address entered during checkout.
Delivery time
Delivery is normally automatic and should arrive within a few minutes of successful payment. Email providers, payment confirmation delays, or temporary service issues may occasionally cause a longer delay.
Download access
Download links are private and time-limited. Our current delivery links expire after approximately 48 hours and are limited to a maximum of 3 downloads per order.
If you do not receive the email
Check your Spam, Promotions, Updates, or Junk folders and confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct. If the email still does not arrive, contact creatary.in@gmail.com.
File format
The 50 Premium Text Preset bundle is delivered as a ZIP archive containing Premiere Pro MOGRT files.
No physical shipping
Nothing is shipped by courier or post. Shipping charges, physical delivery times, and tracking numbers do not apply to purchases from Premium Presets.
